Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
